Jim Hoban

Jim has dedicated over 30 years to helping clients achieve financial security. He began his career at HSBC in 1991 and steadily rose through the ranks from sales management to financial advising. Though he cherished his 20 years at the bank, in 2011 Jim decided it was time to launch Hoban Financial Planning Ltd.

Throughout his career, Jim has cultivated meaningful relationships with clients and their families. His ability to understand each client’s unique needs and goals allows him to develop customized financial plans to support their lifestyle and prepare them for future challenges. Jim works with individuals from all backgrounds, always prioritizing their financial wellbeing.

In his free time, Jim enjoys long walks which allow him to unwind and appreciate the simpler things in life. Most importantly, Jim is dedicated to supporting his family and giving back to the local community in any way he can.

Jim is an avid football fan and long-time Chelsea FC supporter and enjoys spending time with his two grandchildren.
